What a unique multi color Tourmaline! A parti-colored tourmaline forms when the chemical composition of the hydrothermal fluid changes during crystal growth, causing different colors to develop in the same crystal, often appearing as distinct zones or bands of color within the stone like this!
This one of a kind pendant is 14kt Yellow Gold, composed from a modified Tulip Knot above a basket set square, emerald cut 7.30ct (11mm) Parti-Color Tourmaline (green to pink) and is accented with a 4pt diamond in a bezel near the top. Hangs on an 18" gold chain. Measures 1 3/4" x 1/2".
