We generally ship Tuesday-Thursday because of our show schedule. If you place an order on a weekend, please be aware that we will give it the highest priority once we are back in the office during the week.
Because we are a small, limited production studio, we do not keep every ring size or gemstone in stock. Very often Rob or his apprentices will need to work on your order before shipping. A simple ring sizing can be completed within a day or two generally, however there are times that Rob may need to actually cast the piece if we don't have one in stock.
Please note that mixed metal & gold orders will often take additional time, possibly several weeks if Rob has to order metal and cast parts.
If it will be more than 1-2 weeks before we can ship, we will contact you by email to let you know when you can expect to receive your order. If you are doing last minute shopping for a special occasion, you can always contact us before placing an order to check on availability of an item or to see which gemstones we have in stock.
We ship USPS (priority and express). If you strongly prefer we use FedEx or UPS for your package, please contact us and we will give you a quote for shipping costs/time. When we ship your order you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please note, any item or items ordered that have a value of over $300 will require a signature upon delivery.
